Darlene Picard joined EWMCE in October 2014. As the Executive Assistant / Quality Assurance Lead, she provides administrative leadership and support for the day to day activities with a laser focus on system, procedures and risk avoidance for EWMCE.
With over 12 years of experience as a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant in the not-for-profit and corporate sectors Darlene possesses a navigational compass that will guide her in providing strong administrative leadership to the various initiatives that are driven by EWMCE. Her expertise for building operational processes will be applied directly to her areas of responsibility: Administrative Services, Governance, Quality Systems and Human Resource Management.
Darlene has quickly demonstrated her competence with her improvements and development within these areas. She embraces the challenge and opportunity for organizational and professional growth.
