As Senior Education and Training Specialist, Pamela and her team work with industry to develop meaningful content and curriculum for the solid waste and wastewater industries. EWMCE looks to industry for collaboration in delivering best practice initiatives to their clients. An area of specialty is working with First Nation communities to maximize internal resources while implementing new approaches to waste management.
She has worked on EWMCE projects that have been delivered in Saskatchewan, Nunavut, Manitoba, and Alberta. Working with clients to customize facilitated training and community engagement is an area of passion and expertise.

Pamela is a professionally driven individual with over 20 years of educational experience in corporate, post-secondary, and public education settings. Prior to her work at the EWMCE, Pamela was a Learning Specialist in Higher Education providing support to students with diverse learning needs.
She is proficient in consulting, counseling, researching and supporting individuals with diverse learning needs. Excellent writing and communication skills enhance her expertise and experience in curriculum development, research, design, planning, and workshop delivery.
