Custom Development

The waste management industry is  complex. It is guided by: regulations, population size, government, waste streams, composition, design, certification, and emerging technologies. Each of our courses are customized to meet the client's needs. We can be as specific as developing curriculum for a particular new commission, or as broad as covering the general scientific principles of a particular process.

What We Do
Our network of partners keep us informed of advancements and training needs in the industry. Once those have been identified, we work to develop and deliver curriculum that is current, relevant, practical, and surpasses our participants' expectations. Evident in our work is the care we take to ensure learning objectives have been met and that our resources hit the mark. We continue to strive for excellence that supports our participants' professional growth.

Who We Are
Our team of highly dedicated professional educators has over 30 years of combined experience in curriculum development and instruction. We are immersed in the waste management industry and have access to Edmonton's state-of-the-art facilities that foster applied education; including EPCOR's Goldbar Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Edmonton Waste Management Centre at Cloverbar. We strive to exceed the industry standard for training and education because we believe that the waste industry is critical and vital to our health and welfare. To this end, the global environment needs Managers and Operators who understand their roles and make well-informed decisions.
